The region around Vaggeryd is home to many manufacturing companies, especially in wood and metalworking. Vaggeryd is one of Sweden’s biggest furniture producing regions; one in three industrial jobs can be linked to the furniture industry.

One good condition for finding employment is to learn Swedish and train for a profession in which there is a labour shortage.
